Foundation Restoration

If you have a foundation wall made of stone, concrete block, or brick that is crumbling or bowing inward, we can help with our Foundation Restoration. Over time, mother nature can deteriorate the mortar and cause the wall to fail (see the before picture to the right). Tuckpointing is the process of removing old mortar and replacing it with new mortar similar in color. Our crew will carefully restore the section that is crumbling, saving you thousands of dollars (see the after picture to the right).

In some cases, walls cannot be recovered and must be demoed and reset. Our trained crew will carefully demo the failed foundation wall and rebuild with 8" x 8" x 16" concrete block on a concrete footer. The house will be supported while the crew carefully removes the stone/block/brick and debris and then set back once the concrete and mortar have cured.
